Birthwork, for the most part, can tend towards inaccessibility. Only those with extra means can pay for it. To that I say "hell naw." Rooted in anti-capitalism, human-centered care, I partner with GALS (Giving Austin Labor Support) to help shift that paradigm. Clients can receive doula support at no-cost to them. Clients falling at or under 200% FPL are eligible to apply for the prenatal program - their bespoke wraparound program. And absolutely anyone can call their dispatch line to request on-call support during labor.
